Description of the Farming Opportunity:
Short to medium-term lease of parts of farm. Especially interested in having bees, sheep, goats, chicken, cattle, etc. on land (we have no special animal buildings). The farm has 25 acres of fruit trees (many peach varieties but many are old, Asian pears, many apples (Honeycrisp, Cortland, Macintosh, Empire, Fuji, Zestar, Gala, Red Delicious, Macoun, Cameo, Granny Smith, Jonathan, Golden Delicious, Gold Rush, etc. but many are old)) / 9 acres of land for something like hay, grain, maybe pasture land for sheep, goats, cows, chicken, etc. (need clear undergrowth, nothing grown on it for many, many years so maybe pesticide-free for organic crops) / 2 acres of land for hay, grain, or vegetables like tomatoes / 1 barn / 2 tractors / 1 sprayer / 2 wells
